Love & Kindness is upon us as we approach Valentine's Day!
Valentine's Day is not just a commercialized Hallmark holiday in our home. Yes, we splurge on the chocolates and the chintzy cardboard Valentine's for friends, but overall we focus on the people we love and what we love about them!
Something mentioned on our bucket list is to leave love notes on your spouse or children's door! This is something you can do everyday starting February 1st. Each day jot down what you love about them...their sweet little freckles, the way they make you giggle, or how smart their brains are.
As always, it's okay if you don't accomplish all of them and if you swap them out for something tailored more to your family. It's just the making of memories that is the best part :)
